Front Office Manager
I am one of the first people our patients meet, as I greet and welcome them to our office. I am also the one to schedule appointments and assist with billing and insurance. I enjoy interacting with patients and making them smile. It’s easy when you have as wonderful a team as we do here. It’s fun coming to work with happy people!
I am originally from Montgomery, IL and moved to Florida in July 2021. I have been married for 28 years and have two awesome grown sons. I enjoy kickboxing, diamond painting, and spending my spare time with my family.

Manager of Administration and Accounting
I earned my BBA in Accounting from the University of Georgia and am a CPA. I spent over 35 years in corporate America, holding executive leadership positions in accounting, operations, and administration. In 2019, I semi-retired and joined Dr. Francisco's office and have never looked back! I handle all accounting and administrative matters of the office, along with preparing appeals for insurance claims. My favorite part of my job is interacting with patients and making their visits to our office absolutely as enjoyable and rewarding as possible. I genuinely enjoy getting to know each patient and their families.
I originate from Atlanta and Athens, GA, and moved to Tampa in 1998. I have a 16-year-old son who occupies most of my spare time. I also have a Maltese dog named Baxter. I enjoy RV travel in our Airstream, along with the beach, mountains, state and national parks, bike riding, and the general outdoors. I am also an avid college football and basketball fan.

Dental Hygienist
I earned my BA in International Studies from University of South Florida followed by a degree in Dental Hygiene from St Petersburg College. I had the opportunity to serve on three dental mission trips to India as well as one to Haiti with Sacred Heart Catholic. I am thrilled to bring my years of experience to Dr. Francisco’s office. I feel the most important aspect of my work is listening and relating to the needs of our patients and helping them understand the importance of optimal dental care.
I am married to Steve, my high school classmate from Clearwater. We enjoy cheering for the USF Bulls as well as the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Tampa Bay Lighting! My passions are travel, walking, hiking, snow skiing, and Run Club at Irish 31.

Dental Assistant
I began working in the dental field in 1994. I attended two years of community college, Concord Dental School, as well as completed University of Florida coursework for fabricating crown and bridge work. I complete continuing education annually to improve my knowledge and enhance my skills. My goal is to provide great care while prepping patients for dental work and assisting Dr. Francisco with all dental procedures. I know I have succeeded when I see patients leave our office with a smile!
I am originally from Colorado Springs, CO and moved to Tampa in 1993. I have two children and two beautiful granddaughters. I have a very special dog named Truffles that is now 12 years old and has been with me since she was six weeks old. I also have two chickens. My hobbies include working out, bike riding, kayaking, and volunteering in my community.
